The in-game skins and virtual items we sell are exclusive digital products. Once purchased and delivered through the in-game gifting system, these items cannot be returned, transferred, or resold. This is due to the nature of digital goods and the restrictions imposed Valve Corp.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that returns are not permitted for any virtual items sold on our website.
2. Refund Policy
Virtual Products
All items sold on our website are classified as virtual products. Due to their digital nature, we do not offer refunds after the 3 days period of order placement. Once a purchase is completed and the period is over, it is considered final.
